Diese Bedingungen gelten für den Online-Verkauf von Angeboten der Einrichtung. Diese Allgemeinen Verkaufsbedingungen (AGB) sind gültig ab 30 August 2018. Diese sind zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung abrufbar. Bei Überschreitung der Gültigkeitsdauer wird das Angebot nicht zurückerstattet und gilt als von der Einrichtung erworben. Das Angebot verpflichtet den Betrieb zu einer Leistung, wenn er den Zahlungseingang und die Registrierung der Reservierung bestätigt.

Offers are exclusively subject to sale via payment by Visa, Mastercard or Carte Bleue bank card. The bank data relating to the card used by the customer must be entered in the corresponding fields, namely the card number, the security code, the name of the cardholder and the expiry date of the said card. As provided for in Article L.133-8 of the Monetary and Financial Code, payment by card is an irrevocable commitment, once given. The establishment reserves the right to accept deferred payments. Diese Bestimmung gilt für den Begünstigten, der im Zusammenhang mit der Ausübung einer sportlichen Tätigkeit über eine ausreichende Haftpflichtversicherung verfügen muss, unabhängig davon, ob er als "gefährdet" eingestuft wird oder nicht.
Artikel 9.1 Die Änderung einer der Klauseln des Kaufvertrags kann mit schriftlicher Zustimmung beider Parteien geändert werden.

Die vorliegenden allgemeinen Verkaufsbedingungen unterliegen dem französischen Recht, ebenso wie die Bedingungen für die Ausführung, Beendigung und Bewertung des Vertrags und die Beilegung von Streitigkeiten.
